Info: This was a release of Windows 95 to the OEMs only. It came out in november 1997 and included all of OSR2 plus support for USB (Universal Serial Bus) and AGP video cards. Internet Explorer 4 was also included with this distribution. Again this version was never released by Microsoft as a retail product. Experience has shown that the USB implementation in Windows 95C (or Win95B with the separate USB patch added) is fraught with difficulties and should generally be avoided. However, there are some users who have made it work. Requirements:

• Personal computer with a 386DX or higher processor (486 recommended)
• 4 megabytes (MB) of memory (8 MB recommended)
